This is an exhilarating month on our peninsula, with Monterey Car week right around the corner we are feeling the “haute couture” energy at Deja Vu. This year we have a extraordinary opportunity to team-up with an estate auctioneer we have worked with in the past, and expose our top quality merchandise at a great location downtown Carmel! We hand selected the best-of-the-best merchandise to showcase and are bringing in few new designers. We have planned themed events at two different locations; The Barnyard at Deja Vu and the pop-up in charming downtown Carmel.
For you to enjoy, JOIN THE FUN! You won’t want to miss these fabulous affairs to find your perfect vintage hat, feather bolero jacket, or mask; that elegant gown for your next formal or the fun free flowing summer cotton dress. At each event we will focus on vintage and how to reuse this quality merchandise.

Theme: 20’s elegance, furs, feathers, hats masks
8/22 Wed 11-5pm Prancing Ponies 11-3:30 on Dolores & Ocean
Theme: Fairy-tale/secret garden free flowing cotton and sheet, pastel colorful lace
8/25 Sat 4-7pm Ferrari in the Barnard
Theme: James Bond/Moulan Rouge sassy red black and white w/gold and silver accents

Join our Fashion Philosophy night Thursday, August 16th from 4:30-6:30pm and get ready for the week. Come to our event and be prepared by fashioning your unique style with some tips! Bring in your vintage garments or accessories that night, and we will help you find ways to style them into an adorable outfit for any occasion. Learn ways to mix and match, why it is important to reuse vintage and “use what you have.”
